Returns :-

Before requesting a return at Rudrara Store, please understand that most of our natural gemstones and jewelry items are handcrafted, making each product unique. All our products go through a strict quality check before shipping.

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:-
  -Unused and in the same condition you received it.
  -In the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
• Certain products such as personalized or perishable goods may not be eligible for return (if applicable, mention it clearly on product page).

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rudrara.com with your order number and reason for return.
  Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.
  
• Attach clear pictures of the damaged/incorrect product for our team’s assessment. Approval for returns will be at the discretion of the Rudrara Store team.

Return Shipping:-

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds:-

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Conditions for Eligibility

🚫 No Returns/Refunds for:

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
• Customized orders (made-to-order gemstone jewelry).
• Package refused by the recipient.
• If the gemstone/jewelry is not faulty or damaged.

At Rudrara Store, we do not engage in reselling used gemstones. We are committed to providing 100% natural and unused gemstones to our customers.
