Easy & Transparent 10-Day Return Policy
Before requesting a return at Rudra Store, please understand that most of our natural gemstones and jewelry items are handcrafted, making each product unique. All our products go through a strict quality check before shipping.
Returns & exchanges will ONLY be accepted if:
- Your order was damaged in transit.
- You received the incorrect product.
- A gemstone is proven to be synthetic/artificial by any approved/reputed gemological institute (100% refund/exchange applicable).
No return or exchange will be accepted if you are unsure about the design, size, or color after delivery. Please make an informed decision before purchasing. Damages due to neglect or improper usage are not covered under our return policy.
Return Procedure
- Email us at support@rudrara.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Attach clear pictures of the damaged/incorrect product for our teamās assessment. Approval for returns will be at the discretion of the Rudra Store team.
- Once approved, return the item in its original condition and packaging.
Important Notes:
- Return requests must be placed within 10 days of delivery. Late requests will not be accepted.
- Customers are advised to make an unboxing video when opening their order to claim a refund for damaged/missing items.
- While returning, do not mention words like Precious, Gemstones, or Jewelry on the package to avoid undue attention and potential theft.
Conditions for Eligibility
ā Eligible for Return & Exchange:
- Authenticity/Purity issues with the gemstone(s).
- Wrong item(s) delivered.
- Package lost in transit.
- Item(s) damaged upon delivery.
š« No Returns/Refunds for:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Customized orders (made-to-order gemstone jewelry).
- Damages due to neglect or improper usage.
- Failed delivery attempts by the courier service.
- Package refused by the recipient.
- Sizing issues (ensure correct ring size before ordering).
- Products returned in used or damaged condition.
- Non-payment of customs duty (if applicable) or non-compliance with customs policies.
- Minor color/design variations (natural gemstones & handmade jewelry may slightly vary from website images).
- If the gemstone/jewelry is not faulty or damaged.
At Rudra Store, we do not engage in reselling used gemstones. We are committed to providing 100% natural and unused gemstones to our customers.
